I just got thru watching Disks 1 & 2. For anyone who hasn't seen these, you just gotta rent them (they are from HBO so way to expensive to buy). On disk 1, an episode titled: Mig Alley, Capt (later General) (Robby I thing) Rizer chases a Mig 15 (obviously flown by a Honcho) back across the Yalu River all the way to the Mig's home base and nails him there. Why someone hasn't made a movie about this one action I'll never know, as it will have you jumping up and down and WOWing at the finale.

Based on what Ron is saying you two are talking about the same series from the History Channel. Episode 1 of Season 1 features Robbie Risner battling Mig-15s in his F-86 during the Korean War.
It is a great show overall. Although the DVD was only released in 4:3 instead of anamorphic 16:9 where it looks truly best. 35 dollars isn't awful for a season either... try looking for the Shield for that price.
I'm also diggin' Season Two more than Season One. Mig Killers of the Midway, The Bloodiest Day and Dogfights of Desert Storm were fantastic. Gun Kills of Vietnam was a great watch as well.
