Russian Tu-160's in Cuba????

They just had a report on FOX news that Russia (might) be planning to base their TU-160 bomber in Cuba,some sources say Russia is just rattling their sabres while others say its a bunch of hot air ,anyways this could get very interesting if this comes to be ....!!!!
