Hi Guys,
Just to let you know that we are shortly to release the first of what we hope to be a series of packages that represent military traffic during the very early 1990s.
Our first package is the Tri-National Tornado Training Establishment at Cottesmore during 1990; there is a custom-built afcad, scenery made from several libraries including Ted Andrews RAf buildings and flightplans made with Rips excellent FP sheet.
Take a peek at

He has done a lot more from that time period. I am sure he is willing to share if you ask him

would look better using a clean tornado model, as TTEE were totally clean, not even pylons fitted

Unfortunately, we have absolutely no control whatsoever over the construction of the models that we use - Fernando Martinez very kindly provided the AI world with this great model and we can only use what he has made, so I'm afraid we have to make do with what we have.

Just a quick note. For those who had previously had my TTTE paints there are a couple of improvements with the fin codes so please download the package and replace the textures. The codes etc remain the same.

It looks like its coming along nicely. I hesitate to ask this but is it true AI, ie. multi-LODs?

On this subject something came to mind about some QF-4 repaints that were done that were able to use the alpha channel to paint out the stores. I could be wrong but if somebody that remembers that post and the procedure it might be worth trying, at least.

it is true AI yes, multi lod and stacks up very well against the current model, and this works in FSX with no canopy issues, and has more loads to choose from

I haven't tried that on AI, but i have had great success doing that to the Olsson F-16. here is a pic: this is the long range model, it had the two wings tanks and the centerline tanks and now there gone!

Thats excellent news, for two reasons. One, it works and two, I am not going mental.
Now, who is going to ask Chris if he wouldn't mind altering his paints to lose the required hardware

it is an easy process, all you need is one correct alphamap, and add it to them all. takes only seconds to do.

Okay it's all in hand. I'll forsake the mince pies and sherry and hide myself away from the children to spend ' a few seconds' changing them.
