error in Ultimate traffic

when i try to make the flightplans.txt, aircraft.txt,airports.txt to be include in the ultimate traffic to create air force packages in the example
(holloman tornado german), always gives an error that says airport identifier line 23 error in flightplans.txt, but i have the correct airports in the file airports.txt

Can anybody help me with this problem

there is an error in the flight plan
its in line or flight 23.most common error is ; instead of :
or a . instead of a , look at all the commers etc.
