Help with crash issue

A few minutes into most FS9 sessions, I get a crash to desk top. When I do a ctrl-alt-del to see the issue this is listed as application running : Updates from HP agent. Can anyone tell me how to prevent this from happening? Thanks.

Hi Boss,
Are you saying that the HP updates are causing your FS9 to CTD?
Also does this happen no matter where in the world you fly from, or is this purely an AI watching happening?

It seems to happen anywhere at any time, but only when using FS9.

What error code and faulting module, dll, do you get when it crashes, looking at your event viewer will tell you if you don't remember.

I am assuming here that you are using XP SP3.
