One of the locations that apparently still has a standing (possibly working though I am not sure) installation is Elmendorf.
For those using FSX, I threw together a quick and dirty landclass modification and object placement bgl which, I think, adds a little something to the atmosphere at Elmendorf.

Totally unsupported except for the following instructions.
1. Go to the abovementioned thread and download his zip file.
2. Unzip it to a temp location.
3. Copy Elephant Cage.bgl to ..\Addon Scenery\Static Objects Library\scenery and the bmp to the associated \texture subdirectory
--This is John's mdl put into a library that allows placement with Instant Scenery.
4. Unzip my attachment to a temp location.
5. Copy the 2 bgls to the ..\MAIW Elmendorf AFB (PAED)\scenery subdirectory.
4. Ensure both subdirectories in steps 2 and 3 are activated in the Scenery Library.
The Elephant Cage should now show up in a cleared "circle" just north of the west end of the 06/24 runway. The CVX_...bgl replaces and very roughly "corrects" the landclass north of that runway to a wooded area approximating what is shown in Google Earth. This also makes the Elephant Cage stand out much better than the default landclass there - a suburban area.
Note: the road to the Elephant Cage may not show up exactly where I've cleared trees for it due to a difference in terrain or your existing landclass/road product.
Like I said, quick and dirty (took all of 15 mins because I got distracted) and for FSX only.
If it doesn't work for you, please delete it and forget about it.
