looking good lewis, theres going to be a bug painting frenzy
are you planning to release your paints ? i will as soon as avsim returns to full working order.
Just keep in mind that we are currently working on many Hornet packages. Someone may have already done the paints you are thinking about doing. If you want to prevent duplication you can always check with us or as always you can produce whatever you want on your own.
mike, i always change my paints to MAIW ones when my own are duplicated, you cant beat a GK paint. in the meantime i know the spanish use F18A's but i just had to paint one.
No worries, Spain is one of the few Hornet export countries that we don't currently have anything in the works for. Half the fun of repaints is simply the challenge of getting it right, I still enjoy a good repaint from time to time myself.
Hi Mike/Nick.
Anything for Switzerland in the works? I am sure Ray could do some nice paints I keep in touch with him from when we did a couple of packages together.
Regards,
Steve

Did I miss something?? Nick's Bug is a legacy, isn't it, so an A ??
Spanish Air Force uses the EF-18A and EF-18B so Mikes model can simply be used as a Spanish A version......
By the way, is there a paintkit available for this beauty ? If so then I must have overlooked it ??

Ruud,
The Legacy Hornet covers A/B/C/D....the Finnish use the C/D, the spanish use the A/B modified slightly to their own specs.
The paintkit is in the aircraft folder of the Finnish Hornets.
The paintkit is in the aircraft folder of the Finnish package.
On the subject of the A/B there are some subtle differences from the C/D and knowing Nick you may find some dedicated A/B's soon. You know how detailed he gets.
