Aircraft Carriers position

Hi folks, just a quick question.
How can I position an Aircraft carrier to any place I want to?. I am working on a scenario with some friends and I would need to position a US aircraft carrier to the gulf of Mexico.

Search for CV_74.zip at flightsim.com. I think it answers your question.
