Since the new website born, there's now a file library. If I used one of them (like make an airport with your scenery object, etc), then I want to upload it. Can I upload the airport that I've made with your scenery object inside my airport package or I can't?

I'm afraid that the MAIW scenery libraries can only be included in MAIW releases. If you wish to use them for your scenery that is fine but the actual objects and textures must not be added to your release. You may however point people where to download them from.
