Just seen a special forces RAF C-130J doing circuits at EGHH with two very prominent bulges, one each side of the rear fuselage, just before the tailplane. They look bigger than the regular ECM bulges. Maybe a new upgrade?

I think they are probably the DIRCM or LIRCM that is the same as the SF Hercs and the Tristars have fitted. If I remember rightly the ones on the Tristar were LIRCM "Laser Infra-red Counter Measure" or something like that.
