Package AI Aircraft

Has anyone had any trouble lately trying to download or open the Package AI Aircraft from Flightsim.CZ? When I try to extract it using WINRAR I get an archive error. Other packages I've downloaded from the sight do just fine. The message I get is:
WinRAR: Diagnostic messages C:\(The location of the file)\ai_aircraft_pack: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged

Yes, I had a similar problem when I downloaded some sceneries from that website. I ended up getting them from another source.
