Mike, I heard this on the news as I drove to work. To emphasise what a spotter I am, as soon as I heard the words "Dornier 17 ..." I was already saying to myself "flying pencil" before the announcer did 
"We attack tomorrow under cover of daylight! It's the last thing they'll be expecting ... a daylight charge across the minefield .."
