Taiwanese air force exercise in a scenario of war with Beijing a motorway was closed and used as a runway for the jet assuming a surprise attack on the Chinese army in which all bases were destroyed aviation

There's also some pretty decent videos of various aircrafts taking off. Searching for "RSAF Exercise Torrent" yields a couple (though I could do without the added soundtrack).

I've got a VHS tape of Lebonese Hawker Hunters taking off a bridge/highway in DOWNTOWN Beirut IN 2X formation !! Super shots of groups of 2 Hunters appearing over the hump of a bridge , flying headon and wheels coming up smartly @ about 20 ft . In Black and white and a bit grainy .
