It is a video of Taiwanese AF F-16's landing on a closed strip of highway during the exercise described below in a somewhat poor translation.

That is so cool. I love watching fast jets using roads as runways.

That reminds me of a video I saw a while ago, which details what the RSAF does to turn a highway into a runway: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBMD4QTSyqM

There's also some pretty decent videos of various aircrafts taking off. Searching for "RSAF Exercise Torrent" yields a couple (though I could do without the added soundtrack).

I've got a VHS tape of Lebonese Hawker Hunters taking off a bridge/highway in DOWNTOWN Beirut IN 2X formation !! Super shots of groups of 2 Hunters appearing over the hump of a bridge , flying headon and wheels coming up smartly @ about 20 ft . In Black and white and a bit grainy .
