since the original maiw Mirage 2000 packs where released back in 2015 a lot has changed, most of the 2000-N's are no longer in service and only a hand full remain with (CEV), some have also been written off, and others withdrawn from service, this pack aims to tidy it up slightly, initially the packs had over 250 Mirages based at 9 Air bases, after many hours of researching and looking at images and various websites i have managed to streamline it down to 115 Mirages based at 7 Air bases.. This package utilizes the new JYAI C-130H models to represent C-130Ts in service with the United States Navy. Included are 22 aircraft representing VR-53, VR-54, VR-55, VR-62 and VR-64.

This AI package features the current 17 active C-130 aircraft operated by The Italian Air Force (Aeronautica Militare). The aircraft, based at Galileo Galilei Airport (LIRP) San Giusto, Pisa, comprises 3 base model types: C-130J, C-130J-30 and KC-130J. The aircraft will work with the current FS9 MAIW scenery of LIRP with the addition of a new flatten/exclude file which is included. A replacement traffic file is also provided for the 17 aircraft. A separate package for FS9 is in “JYAI_C-130s_Italy_FS9_1.zip”.

The converted model should give you better frame rates in FSX and P3D and ensures that the NMAI Douglas A-4 Skyhawk displays correctly in P3Dv4.

Together with the converted models, this package also contains converted textures for all related paints that MAIW ever released. We have converted the textures to DDS format with DXT5 compression and mipmaps for the best possible performance.

The fleet comprises 5 model types (CC-130H73 and H84, CC-130HT, CC-130H-30 and CC-130J-30) in a mix of transportation, Search and Rescue and Air to Air refuelling roles. Flight plans are included and links to suitable freeware scenery offerings of CFB’s Trenton, Greenwood and Winnipeg, the home bases of the 29 aircraft, are identified. Updated files are provided to enable their use with the CC-130’s. My thanks to Darren (airplanedocktor) for his advice on these aircraft and for making some of the flight plans. Special decoration applied to 2 McDonnell Douglas AV-8B "Harrier II+" of 9 Escuadrilla (Eslla 009) of the Spanish Naval Aviation (Arma Aeréa de la Armada) based at Base Aérea de Rota with a special marking in honors the Air Tatoo (RIAT) in 2019.
