OK, I've never used an ftp client before today
I'm using Filezilla, and I've had no problem logging onto a site and looking at all the files and folders. But now I want to download these files onto my own computer. I right-click the file, but the context menu has the options for "Download" and "Add files to queue" greyed out. What am I missing?
Cheers,
The download hangar is currently disabled. We're doing our best to bring it back as soon as possible.

Re: Filezilla - my first baby steps!
In Filezilla, you can download a file to whichever folder you have open in the 'local site' window (on the left) by double-clicking on said file, or dragging and dropping it into a folder in that local site window. Dunno why they didnt make it drag n droppable outside the filezilla window, since you can drag files into it for upload! *shrug*

Remember DO NOT delete anything unless you are 100% sure about what you are deleting. Once it's gone from the FTP, it's gone forever.

As long as dragging and dropping won't delete anything, I think I'm safe.
I found an old version of my upcoming package, can I delete that when I've put my most recent version up?
