Miljan
Stick it in my folder, I can but try Miljan.

Anybody got a clue as to where on LQBK the Bosnian MI-8s operate from?

There's a ramp to the southwest and what appears to be a HAS complex. I can certainly stick them in that area, unless someone has firmer information.

Did anyone ever have success in building AFCAD's for these Mi-8's? They look great and they take off and fly beautifully, but they never land or park correctly using a "conventional" AFCAD. I tried years ago building special AFCAD's based on instructions from SBAI, but I never had any success and gave up. Now I want to try again, as I want to use Miljans repaints, but I wondered if in the meantime anyone had made this work.

There are instructions for building AFCAD's for SBAI Mi-8's, but only in Russian.

Thankyou. I think these are what I tried to use last time, but maybe I'll take a deep breath and try again. Have you used these yourself?

Use the Google Translate service. It allows you to translate any document into whatever language you need. I've tried it with part one of the Russian Instruction PDF and it translated into English. I then copied the English text, pasted it into Word RTF then cut and pasted the illustrations into it. I did find one problem with Google Translate and that it has a maximum file size of 10Mb, so you will need to edit the PDF so its below that limit.

Works a treat .

Go to Avsimrus and search for file 61376-mi-8vvs.zip, which has quite a few.
