Well, if we (MAIW) used the PC-9 (14164 polys on LOD 1 and only 4 LOD's) on the BAE hawks package, this model could be considered a winner.

I do remember it. I believe someone else also started to model the V-22.

By the way has anyone here purchased the AlpaSim V-22 Osprey? If so, how does it fly and do you remember the download size? I was going to buy their Osprey along with the Enterprise to go with the the VRS Superbug, but they don't say what the download sizes are. I even got as far as paying with credit card screen, and no go on the file size. If it's 100mb or more I wouldn't be able to buy it because it would take to long on dial-up. I tried clicking on their forums and it says the forums are closed. I even E-mailed them 4 days ago and I haven't recieved a reply yet.

Have you done any RAF Chinook repaints?

(Although I guess we'd know about them here first if you had  )

I've done some flightplans...

Currently using the original US dark green MAIW paints with a new .cfg entry for an RAF callsign. Ditto the Apache.

Additionally, I modified the MAIW RAF Wattisham and MAIW Kandahar Afcads. I have pseudo RAF/Army versions based in the UK, plus both UK and USA helis in Afghanistan (based at Kandahar and Bagram, and a small detachment at Kabul).

Makes it a bit more interesting :D

If you wait a while this might change!
