Multiple objects

I've run into a problem after updating to 1.21.

I had 1.10 and it would not auto update so, following one of the posts, I uninstalled Matrix and reinstalled. When run it auto updated to 1.21. I then installed the Global and regions in the same location as my original install. I do use the add-on.xml method.

When I run P3D 4.3 I start getting MANY popups as attached - multiple objects with same title.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

I think I found the problem - when I reinstalled I put the full path in and the installer added "Military AI Works" folder and installed there. This gave me an extra layer which gave the duplicates.
