Creating AI flightplans for FSX

Good day!
Could somebody explain/show me how to create AI flightplans for FSX, please?
I would like to know
- which porgram is used for creating the Ttools-like txt-file
- how a flightplan looks like in txt-format before compiling to bgl-format
- which program is used for compiling the txt-file

Yep, Don's AIFP is the Swiss knife for flight planning.
