Traffic Sliders

So I have been doing some tuning to my P3D installation and my system. While I do love AI as most people know it does put a drain on the frame rates... While doing some experimentation I was having issues getting AI to show at certain airports that I would expect to be flooded with AI such as KLSV, KLUF, and KMUO. I then discovered something the MAIW AI was acting based on the Airline traffic slider and not the GA traffic slider. I was using AIFP to change the activity levels and I always thought mil traffic followed the GA slider has anyone ever encountered this before?

If the aircraft entry in the aircraft.cfg file has a call sign (ATC Airline) it will be controlled by the "Airline" slider, if not it will be the "GA" slider.
