New to MAIW...a few questions

Based on what I read on the site, Matrix includes all MAIW packages converted for use in P3D V4. I am specifically looking for traffic at KNTU NAS Oceana. There were packages for NAS Oceana in the file repository but listed as FS9 packages. Are these packages in the USA converted region install?

The install went smoothly but after navigating to Oceana, I do not see any AI traffic. Need some guidance here.

I know at least VFA 106 is included with Oceana.

What's you AI slider set to?
