Updated ADE / Instant Scenery Thumb Package

I have updated my old Thumb package in the download center. It now contains all MAIW libraries plus a large number of other 3rd party scenery libraries.

Martin, that's really useful, thank you.

The only problem I have is that Winzip refuses to extract, or allow me to read your readme file, the thumbs are fine. Could you post it here please, or alternatively, just tell me where I dump the files please?

For reasons beyond me it had a double .txt.txt extension. Guess that was the reason. I have also updated the download.
