Looking for Holloman C-12J paint

Does anyone have the Holloman AFB C-12J paint that came in the old MAIW Holloman Talon package? The package is in the old WOAI format and I can not get the WOAI installer thing to run on my Windows 10 computer.

I checked the 1900C conversion package and that paint was not included in there.
