Isreali Airfields converted for P3Dv4

Here are all the Israeli military bases released as part of the MAIW IDF series converted to P3Dv4 with pushback stoppers and other goodies. Please read the enclosed Readme.txt

These sceneries will not work in earlier versions of P3D or FSX but should be fine for v4 upwards.

My thanks to Giorgio Perotti for allowing me to convert his work to P3Dv4.
