ai tracker x issues

does anyone on here use ai tracker x? i bought it yesterday but im having a problem!
the ai list doesnt fill on connection! is there a way to fix this?

I don't have it but a quick look at the documentation says that there is an installer for each version of P3D.
Have you checked that you have installed the version that matches the one you are running?

i did make sure to install the correct version.

OK then without any other knowledge the only thing I can suggest is that there is no AI traffic in that region at that time.

Obviously if you can see Ai traffic but it is not listed then there must be a configuration issue somewhere. As far as I read only .Net 4.8 and simconnect are required for it to work. The fact that the program starts up says that .Net is fine.
The only other thing possible is that you need to open a network port. Try reading the doc for info on network ports.
