Looking for South Korea P-3 plans

I downloaded repaints for the South Korea P-3 Orions and the paints came with plans, but the plans are not very good. First, they are 4Hr plans which I don't think is very realistic, but they also have some real crazy routes. Here is one of them.

AC#6,500,10%,4Hr,IFR,01:30,01:37,110,F,0006,FJDG,03:00,03:07,110,F,0006,RKPC

The plane goes from RKPC to FJDG in 7 minutes! :lol:

Does anyone have better South Korean P-3 plans?
