Help finding a effect file

Does anyone know where I can find the effect file fx_HTAI_F16_ab_P3D? I don't have any HTAI F-16's installed in my sim, so the file did not come from that plane. In the P3D v5 content errors file that effects file was listed as missing.

I am guessing that it was part of the Matrix.
