What is the technique to convert FSX Multiweeks FPs to a classic FS9 version?

In essence, use a text editor and remove everything apart from one week, for each aircraft. Then ensure that each leg has the week removed from the data.
Some are not bad. Most people spend most time doing plans for the first week - week 0 - so it can be easy to remove everything from week 1 onwards.

Of course, each person will have their own preference as to which week they want to keep.
