Then I'm at a loss I'm afraid, if it's in the correct order in the scenery library & the files are there it should be okay. The only thing I can say now is to change the priority of the flatten folder, try putting it somewhere else & see if that solves the issue.

On top of that, I've got nothing, sorry.

What is interesting is that as I approach the carrier, the boat jumps up.
Underneath is the water curtain.
As you move away, it gets fixed again.
