Hello,

Your Indonesian F-16AM model use the same model tahn Belgian F-16 ? With Carapace Antennas ? I seems that only Belgium use the Carapace ECM System.

Carapace will only show if BAF is in the aircraft title. If you are looking at them in MCX it shows everything as it doesn't process XML.

Cheers Weescotty!

Got the place looking pretty with Bernd Barsch's object placement file (from his FS9 scenery on AVSIM), and for any P3D newbs, you can save a lot of conversion work by installing many object libraries from http://www.calclassic.com/scenery.htm

I saw your comment "very basic" flight plans. There is an alternative here (replacing the older HTAI models)...
https://militaryaiworks.com/download-ha ... plans.html
It is called "Traffic_MIL_Indonesia_TNI-AU_Iswahjudi_WIAR_SkU 3_FSX.bgl".

Thanks again,

Apologies - I was away over Christmas and without a computer, so I've only now had a chance to look at this.

My first reaction is that airfields using a second runway as a taxiway are not easily dealt with by FSX/P3D. The holds are poorly placed, and you have 'ILS holds' between the runways, which doesn't really do anything other than apply a marking to the taxiway. Lastly, the airfield bears only a passing resemblance to reality - my first task with any airfield is to look at it on Google Earth Pro! There is no 'civil side' to WARI, and all the fighter parking is on new ramps to the west of the main runway.

Let me have a play with it - it's too cold to wok outside, so this will give me an excuse to put off doing any building work!!

Edit: just read the more recent updates. If you're happy with the updated FS9 airfield you have, I'll hold off on working on your original.

Tim,

I recompiled Weescotty's AFCAD to P3D v. 5, and saw some anomalies. First of all, when I start at RWY 35L, there are no runway markings visible, and there is a taxiway, not showing in ADE, leading off towards RWY 35R at about a 30-deg. angle. When I taxi down 35L, suddenly the runway markings come on. then I turn right on the proper taxiway towards 35R, and when I get to that there is what looks like a duplicated 35R.

I then tried recompiling the original FS9 AFCAD to v. 5, the same anomalies are there also. By working the AFCADs in ADE, I was able to get rid of the taxiway not in ADE, but the duplicated runway remains an issue for me.

I can supply screenshots if required.

This package will update the P3D F-16 for Indonesia to this new state.
To keep thing simple I am putting the OCU into the same folder as the MLU versions.
Same for the flightplans.

The OCU still has the original 2 tone camo, whereas the MLU now have the grey camo.

Does anyone know how to use ADE?
I have added parking to WARI, but can't get anything to take off!
Hi,

I'm actually regarding to repaint TNI AU F-16C. There are still in Camo.

I'm searching the right model (in all of the already released). Only a few have the extended tail. But the TNI AU F-16s dont have the IFF antenna in front of the Cockpit. I've the Bk30 Idf Barak (the C one are correct, but the D have a dorsal spin, not the TNI AU).
The CHILEAN one's could be used, with Extended Tail, and I can remove the CFT, dont' have Dorsal Spin. But they have IFF Antenna in front of the cockpit. I'll check if I can remove these IFF with MDLCRVTX.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Jorgen. The runway markings appearing and disappearing is a known issue with P3Dv5 airfields compiled from ADE. I don't have an answer to that, and I doubt we'll ever get one now as Scruffyduck has retired. The duplicate runway is a new one on me!

I'll have a play with it tomorrow and see if I can avoid any issues by starting from the P3Dv5 stock airfield.

Tim,

Both the "disappearing runway markings" and the duplicate runway, that the sim sees and ADE not, are completely new to me...

Interesting case!

Hi,

These Bk25 don't have the extended Tail like the F-16C from Indonesia. Indoneisa F-16C are Bk52.

Looking on F-16.net - They are Block 25 with normal tails.
Even looking on Scramble.nl and getting a tail number then searching for that brings up standard tail Block 25.

An image talk better...

Here a F-16D and a F-16C from TNI AU...

The both have extended Tail

And according SCramble.nl Order of Battle ( https://www.scramble.nl/planning/orbats ... ce#WIBB472 ) , they are Bk52ID

I see where the confusion lies....

They are Block 25 upgraded to 52ID

They also have normal tails,,,

https://www.defensenews.com/air/2017/12 ... tion-work/

Unless, the chute option was fitted after delivery???

[edit] Do a search for "ts 1629 f 16" . You will find pics of it with and without the chute, so it looks like they were delivered without the chute, and it was fitted after arrival.

Haven't done a Block 25 with chute yet. Most of the changes for the 52ID would be on the texture.

The Tail were extended with the modification to Bk52.

They have normal tail when they were delivered. But now, all have Extended Tail.

I've find some Bk52 models with extended tail (C model... not D. Or D with extended tail but with dorsal spin). But all have IFF Antenna in front of the Cockpit. TNIAU don't have these IFF Antenna
