All ok at www.aitraffic.ch, see below info from the site, just send an email and it will get sorted:
News:
Hello folks
It is important that you do not log in with a proxy server here. Addresses that are on a blacklist or otherwise poorly rated, will have their IP address and login name blocked. If you get a FORBIDDEN 403 error on any page of the website, write to info@aitraffic.ch and we will check your login. Unfortunately we have to take such measures because we are repeatedly the target of attacks.
best regards

Re: www.aitraffic.ch
Honestly that site has always been problematic for me... Not sure if it is because I am here in the states... I have never been able to fully register for it... Every time I have tried in the past it asks for my cell phone number then wants to send a code to my cell phone, and every time I try to respond with the code it doesn't take the code... Also not sure why their website even needs my phone number in the first place...? So there are a few AI models from them that I have never been able to download, and the only reason I was able to download the JTAI DR400 recently is because someone put a direct download link in one of the re-paint packages for it...

I can't even access the homepage https://www.aitraffic.ch/.
I sent an email this past Saturday, as you suggested, including my email address and my username on the aitraffic.ch forum.
So far, no reply, but it's the weekend. So I'll be patient.
It's a shame, because this forum is full of interesting flight plans (especially civilian ones), with links to the repaints. It really helps to complement our virtual environments.
Regards

Re: www.aitraffic.ch
I have never been asked by that site for my phone number - that's really odd.
Have you emailed as suggested, Mason?

Re: www.aitraffic.ch
I think I did... Honestly it has been a log time since I last tried to register for that website... Last time I did was my second attempt and I gave up in frustration... But for what it is worth I just tried again... Maybe third time's a charm...

Re: www.aitraffic.ch
I was having the same issues, couldn't even get to the home page. Sent an email to https://www.aitraffic.ch/ and everything was straightened out within five or six days. Was never asked for a phone number when registering. Hope this helps.

Re: www.aitraffic.ch
So the latest on my end was that I got a text message from +41796845919 saying "Code is: ##### please send this code back to us with your cell phone (aitraffic)" and oddly a second text saying "You use a Proxy Server stop that" but did not say where specifically to send it back to, or give me a site to enter it into, so I responded directly to the text with the code and my phone number, as well as I emailed info@aitraffic.ch with the code, my cell phone number, and requested username asking them to activate my account... So far no responses... Tried to log in this morning still get the following:
Also for the phone number not sure how you got around that? As you can see it is clearly asked for on their registration page and would not let me complete registration without it very clearly a mandatory from field:
IMHO and no offense to anyone but it is a rather odd site registration process...

I can only say again that I was never asked for my phone number...
I don't know, could the browser you're using make a difference, or could it be an ISP issue? I'm using Chrome as browser, and my ISP is Vodafone Germany.

Re: www.aitraffic.ch
IDK, I mean you can clearly see in the screenshot I attached that it requires my phone number in the "additional information" section and would not let me leave it blank... I am using MS Edge, and have XFINITY here in the US as both my TV and ISP...

Re: www.aitraffic.ch
Couldn't hurt to try Chrome or Firefox... personally, I didn't like both Interweb Exploder or Edge, from way back I used first Quarterdeck's Qmosaic (I actually worked for Quarterdeck way back!), then Firefox and now Chrome.
