I could reproduce your fail reinstalling my P3D.

I think that P3D don't want flatten or the real live runway altitude or at least I could not find another cause.
When you installed LEAB, P3D did a copy of airport altitude "LEAB_ADEP4_ARV187_ALT.bgl" in C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Scenery\World\scenery
Because that you couldn't see the default scenery correctly even having deactivated my scenery.

The solution I have found has been to change the height of 701m (is the altitude in real life) to 702,1m
I re-uploaded the file to file library v1.12.

Delete the "LEAB_ADEP4_ARV187_ALT.bgl" in C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Scenery\World\scenery before of reinstall the scenery.

If someone would be so kind to provide me with repaints for the Ala 14 Eurofighters on the NBAI model than I'd be happy to include them.

All 34 of Ala 14s (141/142 Squadrons) EF2000/T have been done, Jim has said he will do the flightplans which is always kind of him! but at the moment he is busy moving over to his new pc and i wont rush him!!
