Steve and I had the same problem with bouncing C-2's and E-2's at Norfolk NAS. That too was due to the static compression ratio and was solved by changing the value. A high frame rate was masking the problem and was only discovered when it was lowered.

For the static compression ratio, which number am I changing? Is it the number 0.7? If so which one? Is it the 0.7 in point.0, point.1, or point.2 line?
