Trees in KPSM scenery in FSX?

Trees in KPSM scenery in FSX?

Anyone know how to (or who can do it for me) get rid of the trees in the scenery for KPSM? Everything is good except the trees which have mirrored boxes around them (they obviously need conversion, but with three kids running around and very little time to mess with it I'm at an impass). Any help would be appreciated!
