It can be used with FSX and P3Dv4 if you modify it with the files in my F-35B package:

The manual in the F-35B zip will show you how to do that.

For some odd reason, the ground textures of all of the F-35 AFCADs, except X32C don't appear in the FSX versions. Did anyone else have the same issue?
