how do i open .enc files?

Some packages are in .enc files, unable to install

Our initial releases were in cooperation with World of AI, using their installer.

You'll need the WoAI installer which you can get here: https://www.world-of-ai.com/allpackages.php

Don't extract the .enc file from the .woai.zip file. Just point the WoAI installer to the .woai.zip file and it should run.
