Small error in Asia Region

Small error in Asia Region

Traffic_Oman_C130Js_FSX.bgl is calling HTAI C130H MJN_16_505 and HTAI C130H MJN_16_506.

But in the aircraft.cfg file these are installed as HTAI C130J MJN_16_505 and HTAI C130J MJN_16_506 (C130J instead of C130H).

Indeed a small error in Jim's traffic file. I'll have it fixed in the next release.
