I just installed Austria Typhoons in P3D and I was wondering if there is any scenery for LOXZ that works in P3D? If not is there a AFCAD for the default scenery anywhere?

Go pay a visit. You will find that you already have a scenery for LOXZ.

Thanks. I didn't install the Typhoons from Matrix, I installed them from the stand alone package so I did not know there was LOXZ scenery in Matrix.
