Google RAF Lyneham on Avsim. There are two sets of flightplans there, one of the 1970's and another set by Daryl Payne.

I have written some of my own - got them somewhere, but I'm in the midst of rebuilding my P3D installation on a new PC. If I can find them, I'll post them here. Not FS9, of course, but they at least could be rewritten for the legacy sim.
