I downloaded and installed the SBAI Tu-204 converted models for use on P3Dv5.
Many thanks to all involved.
However, while in-sim-testing, I noticed that the logo lights are too bright and overexpose even the tail logo.
In addition, landing lights remain on when aircraft is parked on gate.
Is there any way to adjust it ?

As I prefer to see no lights instead of this, I deleted those lights in lightmap. Don't bother...
