Retrofit 8 blade props ?

Mr Young,

Is it possilbe to use the 8 blade prop from the C-130T with the older models? Appears the NSF in Broomfield CO had retrofitted an 8 blade prop on to N130AR.

Yes it is possible by reworking the KC-130T model (162312), from which N130AR was built. The refuelling pods would need replacing with fuel tanks and the sensors under the wing tips added. It's not something I want to take on at the moment though.

Thank you for the insight. Totally understand not wanting to take on a one off. WIP, I elected to use the C-130T as the stand in and not worry about the sensor packages on the wings
