FSX says there are duplicate enteries in the attached aircraft.cfg. AI Editor confirms its OK and I can't see where the problem is.

Can anyone spot the problem?

It is not a problem in the aircraft.cfg file you posted.

But - there is an entry in this file that is a duplicate of another entry, in another aircraft.cfg file from an aircraft before this one in the aircraft list.

For example, if in your aircraft list you have files named like this:

FSP Airbus A380
TFS Airbus 380

then the aircraft.cfg you posted is, of course, from the latter of the two, but there is a similar offending line in the aircraft.cfg in the first one.

Hi Jorgan yes I did. I had the MR A380 and the TFS A380 with same title.
Didn't realise had the same title in two models.
