Just tried downloading this file and can't, get this instead

I have just had a look on the ftp server and it looks as if it is still published but the actual file has been deleted.

What I have done is uploaded the version that I downloaded from fltsim.com and checked and that downloads fine from the link.

If there is a difference between the two archives then if somebody lets me have the one that is supposed to be on this site I will replace it.
