Repainting

Is there someone out there who could point me in the right direction, to learn how to do repainting. I see some of the repaints here and say "gee I wish I could do that" also what is a good program for looking at .bmp files.

There is a good program to view bmp files is DXTBmp. you will need this also to save your repaints to the required format for FS.

I use a combination of Paint Shop Pro by Corel and FSRepaint (Version 2) by Abacus.

You could check on www.simmerspaintshop.com, load of good stuff and tutorials over there.......
