Hmmm.....that's a new one to me. You could try removing the KLSV afcad file from the custom scenery folder and place it into your FS9/Addon Scenery/Scenery folder.

I've had it woking in FS9 no problem. If you have the NL2000 scenery, you'll just need to make sure it's a level above the NL scenery in the scenery addons list.
