OK Nick suggested one other way - use the installer to extract all the files to a temporary folder, one that has nothing else in it.
When you have done that you will see this

Have a look inside the Addon Scenery folder, make a note of what folders are in there, in this example there is:
MAIW Scenery Library Objects
MAIW UK Airfields
MAIW UK Apache Bases
RAF College Cranwell (EGYD)
Scenery
Now cut and paste ALL of the stuff in that temporary folder into your MAIN fs9 folder.
Open the Flight Simulator.......go to Settings......Scenery Library.....Add Area.....
You will then be prompted to find these folders, so navigate to your main FS9 folder, open the Addon Scenery folder and you should find the above mentioned folders........click on the name of the first folder (MAIW Scenery Library Objects) click OK. You will need to repeat this for the next three folders; you do not need to do it for the Scenery folder as this is already included.
When you are done, click OK to exit the scenery library. You will then need to re-start FS9 for the scenery to be found and then you go to where you want to go to.
