Just a question on all the NBAI F-18A-G Hornets, any changes to the texture sheets due to the new model features? I moved all the models/airfile/aircraft.cfg over, but kept my original paints.

All NBAI Paints work fine with the NBAI Models...

All NB GAI Paints work fine with the NB GAI Models...

As long as you do not mix the two you will be fine... The only thing I recommend is replacing all base (fallback) textures (emissive ect.) with the ones in the current packages...

Thanks, and complete with fallback textures. Using both models and understand the NBGAI textures are tweaked, but they look great in P3D (shading/weathering).

This Version 3.1 is a prerequisite for the "Carrier-Group-Scenery-Release-Package-V.2" that will be release on Feb-21 2025. Texture cleanup and missing [fltsim.x] sections added.

I am trying to get all of the F=18's to show up black in the related carriers air wing but still seem to have trouble getting them to show up. What order should I go by in order to get them all to show. Including missing aircraft.cfg.

Huh? What do you mean "show up black"? Also, what about the order? Did you follow the instructions in the various "readme" files? Have you checked these aircraft in the using Martin's AIAE to ensure you have everything and cross checked with AIFP to make sure your files match? Fltsim entry order doesn't matter as long as the model, aircraft, and texture are there, and the numbering is sequential....

Robert,

It is absolutely necessary to have the latest AIAE installed. It will show you exactly what is missing in an installed AI aircraft, you can call up the aircraft.cfg to make corrections, and you can renumber the fltsim.x entries, plus many other things.

And many times, the reason an aircraft shows up in black in the sim is that the texture doesn't match the model - example: that happens if you use a texture made for an AIA Boeing 737-200 on a FAIB Boeing 737-200 model.

AIAE and AIFP - don't go into the AI world without those.

All aircraft are showing up now. And what about this file: TA_USN_CVW-17_v1.0 ?

Edit!! Nevermind. I figured out USN CVW-17.
