JYAI KC-10A
This one is designed to fill the gap for a KC-10A in FSX and P3D, but I have made FS9 models too. There are still 26 examples at Travis and 28 at McGuire, according to the Scramble database.
So far I have produced just the one base model that has the standard boom and an animated cargo door. I want to produce some variations of that - closed door, no engine covers, just to give some variety on the flight line. I'll also produce the wing pod option for use with the boom and pods only for an omega Tanker model. In the meantime, here are some screen shots of what I have now:
I am grateful to Steve( (swp53) who has been researching numbers for me. He is kindly taking on the flight planning by amending existing plans and augmenting as necessary. We are also going to do a parallel project that will place around 48 KC-46A's at their respective bases once I have done the paints for my model.

Looking good. I really like that night shot. Maybe tone down the white around the cockpit?

Re: JYAI KC-10A
No, I don't think so. The cockpit frame is polished natural metal and gleams according to what light is hitting it. The screen shot you linked to is in dull light, maybe the shadow side. I have dozens of photos and I've sampled the tone and I try to take my screen shots on the lit side. I think it's fine as it is thanks.

Re: JYAI KC-10A
Dan, I had thought of that too and I'll include a single retro blue and white paint. It's probably too much work to number up the aircraft, even if I had the numbers.
Could anyone help me with information about the Omega paint schemes please?
Omega have 3 KDC-10 tankers.
The first one is N974VV and has wing pods only and is in the regular light grey Omega livery. No problem there and I have nearly finished the paint.
The second two are the ex-Dutch KDC-10's and are boom only. Only one (N264DE) I believe, is flying. It was delivered to Omega in 2019. The last photo I can find is dated Sep 2020 and the aircraft is still in the Royal Netherlands Air Force livery but with the markings painted over.
The first question is, has N264DE now been repainted in the Omega grey scheme?
The second question is, what has happened to the second ex-Dutch aircraft? Is it in storage, how is it painted and what is the serial number?

Re: JYAI KC-10A
John, only one of the two Dutch AF KDC-10's has been delivered to Omega. The other one (serial T-235) is still in service with the Dutch AF and will be delivered to Omega when enough A330 MRTT's are operational.

Thanks for that, most useful. Just need to know the current livery of N264DE.

I didn't realize how much I have missed having that tanker in the sim until I see this model.

Re: JYAI KC-10A
The retro models are done, together with a single specimen paint for each.
The KC-10A started life in 1980 in the blue and white “SAC” scheme and about 24 remained that way while the rest of the fleet was painted in the dark grey “Shamu” scheme, that was considered more appropriate for aircraft in combat zones. Both schemes were replaced by the present day overall grey scheme that was introduced in the early 1990’s:
I think I have determined the status of the Omega KDC-10 (N264DE) that was purchased from the Dutch. According to the FAA database, it looks to be in storage. With the other one still in service with the RNAF until it can be released, it was only worth painting up the N974VV for now, which is the version with the wing pods only:
I still have the hoses to attach to the Omega example and I will also create a USAF single hose model (boom up) too, as a further option. I can then begin the task of painting up the current fleet to go with the flight plans that Steve is working on.
