Hi there Jack! The terminal will open on Jan 9, 2008. Right now, the airlines using the terminal have not been confirmed as far as I know. Oh, you're coming in on the 18th? There's an Open House for T3 during 12 Nov - 9 Dec. So you can drop by for a visit. It's S$3 for a guided tour or $1 for "...
